Whether you’re planning a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, post-wedding brunch, or another special event, I’ll help ensure your entire wedding weekend feels organized, stress-free, and cohesive.

Everything included in Day-Of Coordination, plus:
• Rehearsal Coordination OR One additional event Coordination (Welcome Event, Farewell Brunch, Rehearsal Dinner, etc.)
• Additional timeline creation for additional event
• Coordination of key participants across multiple events
• Extended vendor communication for weekend logistics

Month-Of Wedding Coordination
$1,600 | Last-Minute Planning Support
Feeling overwhelmed? Running out of time? Realizing there are still a hundred little details left to figure out?
The Month-Of Package is designed for couples who have done some—or even most—of the planning but need an experienced professional to step in during the final month and bring everything together.
Think of it as your wedding planning safety net before the big day!
This Package Includes:
Everything included in Day-Of Coordination, plus:
• Comprehensive wedding review 30 days before the wedding
• Vendor contract and detail audit
• Timeline creation and refinement
• Personalized planning checklist
• Outstanding task management and follow-up
• RSVP and guest count assistance
• Seating chart guidance
• Vendor communication and coordination
• Wedding logistics review
• Unlimited planning support during the final 30 days
• Priority response times
I’ll help tie up loose ends, catch anything that may have been missed, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks—so you can head into your wedding day feeling confident, organized, and excited.

Local Travel: Included for events within Anchorage, Eagle River, Palmer, and Wasilla

Extended Same Day Travel: Starting at $100, depending on distance

Payment / Cancellation Policy
To save your date, 25% is required at time of booking.
Remaining amount due 30 days before the Wedding Date.
If your date is moved & you would like to keep me on for Day of Coordination - There are no additional fees or price increases. Please communicate the change right away. If I cannot accommodate the new date, a full deposit refund will be issued.
If you cancel, you will forfeit your deposit and no additional funds will be owed.
Payment Methods include: Cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
